We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate travel nurse RN Hospice to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Mccall, Idaho.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care as a registered nurse in a hospice setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of patients' physical and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement education programs for patients, families, and caregivers.
Requirements:
- RN licensure in the United States.
- Current certification in Hospice or Palliative Care.
- At least one year of experience in hospice or palliative care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
