Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal treatment outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on communication and swallowing strategies.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Possess current licensure in the state of Indiana.
- Be certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Have at least one year of experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist.
