Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated travel Occupational Therapist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in South Bend, Indiana. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to develop the skills they need to perform daily activities and maintain their independence.
Job Description
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients of all ages, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations as necessary to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in good standing.
- 1 year of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
