Key Responsibilities:
- Support F&B leadership across multiple dining venues with a focus on wellness-driven cuisine
- Ensure consistency in service standards, guest experience, and brand alignment across outlets
- Assist with recruitment, training, and development of polished FOH and BOH teams
- Collaborate with Culinary and Spa teams to ensure offerings align with holistic nutrition goals
- Monitor guest feedback, dietary preferences, and service recovery protocols
- Help plan and execute seasonal events, detox menus, and wellness activations with cross-functional teams
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background in upscale resort or wellness-focused F&B operations
- Hands-on leader with a high level of organization and emotional intelligence
- Comfortable engaging with UHNW and celebrity guests with discretion and care
- Knowledgeable in luxury service protocols (Forbes, AAA, etc.)
- Passion for wellness, clean cuisine, and service excellence
