SkyBridge Luxury & Associates is seeking a dynamic, numbers-driven Director of Food & Beverage to lead a high-volume, multi-outlet operation in Los Angeles, overseeing a $28M annual F&B revenue . This individual will be responsible for optimizing labor, food, and beverage costs while delivering exceptional service and maximizing profitability. The ideal candidate is an expert in financial performance , understands flow-through impact on the bottom line, and has a strong track record of managing F&B operations exceeding $25M in revenue .
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic & Financial Leadership
- Develop and execute F&B strategies aligned with the hotel’s financial and operational goals.
- Manage labor costs at 25% of revenue , ensuring tight control of scheduling and workforce optimization.
- Oversee financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis, ensuring strong flow-through to the bottom line.
- Implement revenue management strategies to drive profitability across all F&B outlets.
- Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational expenses, ensuring strict adherence to budgeted goals.
- Analyze financial performance and recommend strategic adjustments to enhance operational efficiency.
