Director of Outlets – Luxury Resort | Lenox, MA

Location : Lenox, Massachusetts

Salary : $100,000 – $110,000 Bonus & Relocation Assistance

About the Role :

A renowned luxury resort in Lenox, MA is seeking an exceptional Director of Outlets to lead its award-winning dining venues . This leadership role requires a service-driven professional with a passion for elevating guest experiences through impeccable standards, refined processes, and team development .

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-touch hospitality environment , has a proven track record in luxury outlets management , and is skilled in creating and implementing service procedures that enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Excellence & Guest Experience

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurants, bars, and in-room dining .
  • Establish and uphold personalized service standards , ensuring a flawless guest experience.
  • Implement and refine operational processes and procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the floor, fostering genuine guest connections.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing, service-focused team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and empowerment .
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and development plans to ensure continued growth.
  • Lead pre-shift briefings and ongoing training to maintain consistency in service excellence .

    • Financial & Business Acumen

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasting, and P&L oversight for all outlets.
  • Analyze revenue streams and implement strategies to maximize profitability .
  • Monitor and control labor costs, food & beverage costs, and operational expenses .
  • Collaborate with the culinary and beverage teams to develop creative and profitable menus.

    • Process & Standards Development

  • Design and enforce detailed SOPs for service, reservations, and guest interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations .
  • Continuously refine service sequences to exceed luxury hospitality expectations.
  • Drive engagement scores and guest satisfaction metrics through structured improvements.

    • Qualifications & Experience :

  • 5 years of luxury hospitality experience in a Director of Outlets, Restaurant GM, or similar leadership role .
  • Strong background in team leadership, service standards, and process implementation .
  • Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and cost control .
  • Passion for personalized, high-touch guest experiences .
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment .
  • Relocation to Lenox, MA is required (relocation assistance provided).
