Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple dining venues with a focus on clean, nourishing, and innovative food
- Lead and inspire front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences
- Collaborate with Culinary and Spa teams to integrate holistic nutrition into offerings
- Ensure strict compliance with dietary needs, allergies, and special guest requirements
- Maintain luxury service standards and anticipate needs of discerning guests
- Partner with Marketing, Events, and Spa teams for retreats, detox menus, and seasonal activations
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven leadership in luxury resort or wellness-focused dining
- Strong understanding of holistic health, nutrition, and dietary accommodations
- Experience serving UHNW and celebrity clientele with discretion and warmth
- Highly organized, guest-focused, calm under pressure
- Familiar with Forbes, AAA, or other luxury service standards
