Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all sales and marketing initiatives, including business development, brand strategy, digital marketing, PR, and revenue generation.
- Drive growth across transient, group, and leisure segments while maintaining alignment with the resort’s brand positioning and guest experience standards.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of sales, catering, and marketing professionals.
- Cultivate and maintain key relationships with luxury travel advisors, event planners, and strategic partners.
- Oversee marketing communications and digital strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive direct bookings.
- Collaborate with operations, revenue, and F&B leaders to support resort-wide performance goals.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and key performance metrics.
Qualifications:
