Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Direct and oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring flawless service aligned with the resort’s luxury standards.
- Establish and refine standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
- Supervise both front-of-house and back-of-house activities, fostering seamless collaboration.
Team Development & Management:
- Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team, cultivating a positive and professional workplace.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and development opportunities.
- Manage staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and effective labor cost control.
Guest Experience Enhancement:
- Uphold and elevate the resort’s reputation for exceptional dining experiences, ensuring guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Address guest concerns swiftly and professionally to maintain loyalty and satisfaction.
- Partner with the culinary team to innovate and enhance menu offerings in line with guest preferences and market trends.
Financial Oversight:
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and achieve financial targets.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to boost revenue and profitability.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor relations to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and food safety regulations, as well as local licensing requirements.
- Conduct routine audits and staff training to maintain a compliant and safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of food and beverage management experience, ideally within a luxury or fine dining setting.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest and team interactions.
- Proficiency in food and beverage management software and financial reporting tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, including expertise in wine and spirits.
