About SkyCare ABA:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and contribute to our mission of offering personalized treatment plans that make a lasting impact.
Position Summary:
As a BCBA with SkyCare ABA, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring treatment plans for children diagnosed with ASD. Under the supervision of the Clinical Director and/or National Clinical Director, you will also supervise Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT), conduct functional behavior assessments, and engage in data-driven decision-making to support client progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and standardized assessments to evaluate clients.
- Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct parent training, caregiver education, and staff supervision using competency-based models.
- Track and analyze client data to measure behavior and treatment progress.
- Supervise Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT), providing guidance, feedback, and professional development.
- Participate in care coordination meetings to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain client records and documentation, including session notes, progress summaries, and insurance-required updates.
- Stay current with insurance regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and protocols.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification and LBA (if required by the state).
- At least 1 year of experience working with children and adolescents diagnosed with ASD or developmental disabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA standards.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavior analysis and the ability to implement them effectively.
