Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Director to lead our BCBA and RBT team in providing exceptional patient care. The Clinical Director will oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including BACB and insurance standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a background in healthcare management, and a commitment to improving the quality of care delivered to patients.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily clinical operations and ensure adherence to established protocols and procedures.
- Develop and implement policies that promote high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with staff to enhance patient outcomes through effective medical management strategies.
- Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives as needed.
- Provide training, support, and supervision to clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clinical staff and administration, addressing concerns and facilitating communication.
- Ensure that all clinical practices meet BACB standards and participate in accreditation processes.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in healthcare management.
Requirements
- BCBA
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with BACB and insurance processes and standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams while fostering a positive work environment.
- A valid license to practice in the relevant state or region but can obtain on the job.

- Oversee the BCBA in corporate headquarters that perform our QA role of:
- BCBA Quality Assurance Specialist Work Hours: 9 am-5 pm The QA Specialists assists with the audits of direct service delivery, planning, implementation, and coordination of corrective measures to increase performance across the agency. This position requires a professional, flexible, energetic and outgoing person who can build and maintain organizational relationships with agency leadership and staff. QA Specialist responsibilities include:
- Review scanned registrations documentation such as intake packets, etc. to ensure full completion by patient. Clinical documentation review for insurance payers and audits Support all clinical functions in Central Reach Assist with training staff on new procedures to improve QA Assist with updates of standard operating procedures yearly or as needed to achieve QA standard Engage in training BTs and BCBAs and provide support as necessary Must obtain BCBA certificate and possess strong knowledge and experience in the ABA field Review sessions notes and provide proper feedback.
