You are comfortable collaborating with multiple business stakeholders and easily balancing competing priorities. As a technical leader, you’ll build a performing team responsible for the design, development, configuration, and administration of Salesforce.com and related systems to deliver on strategic business objectives.
This position will be based onsite 3 days per week in our San Mateo, CA office.

How You'll Make An Impact
- Develop a strategic roadmap for CRM and other GTM applications to improve efficiencies in the sales process.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of Salesforce.com administrators and developers, implementation partners to ensure they possess the necessary knowledge, experience, and skills for effective business support.
- Actively engage in the entire software development lifecycle within an Agile environment, emphasizing innovation and teamwork as critical success factors.
- Implement, maintain, and optimize end-to-end processes and workflows in Salesforce, CPQ, and related systems, aiming to automate quote to cash process.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications; take a hands-on approach to significantly reduce technical and architectural debt.
- Lead technical design and architectural sessions across functional areas such as Data Management, Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Orders, Cases, Contracts, and Billing..
- Manage a small team of Developers and administrators, collaborating with business stakeholders in Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning web components, and Salesforce application design and development, showcasing solid expertise in Object-Oriented Design and Programming techniques.
- Proven ability to configure, develop, and sustain third-party integration apps (e.g., Marketo, Netsuite, CPQ, CLM, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and strong technical expertise in configuring and developing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate a dynamic and fast-paced environment and lead cross-functional initiatives.
