About The Role
We are seeking a People Systems Analyst to join our team and support the optimization and maintenance of our People System's applications. In this role, you will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to configure, troubleshoot, and enhance our HR tech stack, ensuring efficient operations and a seamless user experience.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Provide functional and technical support for Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Performance, Talent, and Reporting.
- Assist with system configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements to optimize Workday functionality.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business needs.
- Support end-users by resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring system accuracy.
- Participate in testing and deployment of Workday releases and upgrades.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Assist in documenting system processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional partners like IT, Finance and Compliance teams to support audits, security, and data integrity initiatives.
- Experience with Workday Integrations and Workday Studio.
- Knowledge of Workday BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tool).
- Experience with Tableau for advanced reporting and data visualization.
- 2-4 years of experience working with Workday, preferably in an analyst or administrator role.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and at least two other modules (Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Performance, or Talent).
- Experience with Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Calculated Fields).
- Ability to analyze business needs and configure Workday solutions accordingly.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salary : $142,000 - $200,500
