Chaplain

Job Overview
The Chaplain plays a vital role in providing spiritual support and guidance to individuals in various settings, including healthcare facilities, hospices, and community organizations. Duties

• Provide emotional and spiritual support to patients, families, and staff in various settings.
• Conduct crisis intervention sessions to assist individuals facing challenging situations.
• Lead prayer services, memorials, and other spiritual gatherings as needed.
• Educate patients and families about available resources for spiritual care.
• Communicate effectively with diverse populations to understand their unique spiritual needs.
• Engage in conflict management to resolve issues that may arise among patients or family members.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate spiritual care into patient treatment plans.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records of spiritual care provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,234.00 - $58,500.00 per year
