About Us

We are Skye Mental Health, a new Michigan-based, psychiatric medication management practice aiming to open by mid-November.

Partner with us to own your own private practice in Michigan without finding an expensive collaborative MD, hiring staff, dealing with scheduling and cancellations, learning marketing, taking the risk of signing a 5 year office lease and spending hours every week doing administrative work.

We will be accept all major insurances (no Medicaid or Medicare) and our practice will treat only 18 adults. No children or adolescents. Primary practice focus: anxiety, depression, Adult ADHD and insomnia.

Things we will NEVER ask you to do:

• See 20-25 patients per day.
• Spend hours every week in non-compensated meetings.
• Work 5 days every week.
• Forced to treat patient populations such as children and adolescents that you don’t feel comfortable with.

· Rapid Caseload Building: We have 3 dedicated team members who are dedicated to outreach to PCP, colleges, therapists and first responders to help your patient numbers flourish.

· Accept insurance hassle-free: Get credentialed with all the major insurance networks in Michigan in 3 weeks.

· Clinical Support: Work with an experienced psychiatrist as your collaborative physician and not a PCP so when you need help in tough cases, you can get it instantly.

· Intake & schedule team dedicated to your clients: Clients can book through our website or by calling in and talking to our team. Your time is too valuable to be doing this. Our front-desk team also verifies client insurance benefits for you.

· Collaborating MD: No need to go looking for one and pay their fees every month. We already have a collaborating psychiatrist / MD for you.

· HIPPA compliant in every aspect of our tech stack: EHR, phone, text, telehealth and email.

· Insurance: We have millions of dollars of insurance protection in malpractice and general liability for you. You don’t have to pay for malpractice insurance out of your own pocket. One thing you should know if you are thinking about starting your own private practice: you can never have enough insurance. That is why we pay for not only practice insurance but also individually insure you even when you are just working with us for 1 day per week.

· Office: Offices are not expensive to lease but you are on hook for 3-5 year lease that you cannot get out of. With us, you don’t have to personally guarantee a lease. We already have an office for you.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Fully-licensed in Michigan, ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
• At least 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure.
• Pass a background check.
• Valid NPI number.
• CAQH
• Have a valid DEA number
• No suspension / exclusion / debarment from participation in federal healthcare programs (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, SCHIP). We don’t take Medicare or Medicaid but you cannot be barred or suspended from them.
• No adverse actions by nursing board, hospital or other credentialing body in the past 5 years.

Partner with us and earn up to 60% to 65% in collected revenue split with us. We will send you our revenue split structure when you apply BEFORE scheduling a phone call so you understand how it we can partner up together and if both of us are a good fit for each other.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $89.00 - $203.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 32 per week
