Job description

Roto-Rooter Restoration has an amazing opportunity for our thriving water cleanup division in the Grand Rapids, MI area! We are looking for an experienced Mitigation Manager to lead our driven team of professionals!

Ideal candidate will have IICRC Certification, Water Restoration experience or Construction crew management or experience adjusting insurance claims.

Responsibilities include :

Overseeing projects to ensure they are done to industry standard with efficiency

Front line and first responder for our company

Inspect site and present solutions to the customer

Be the initial point of contact with insurance adjusters and liaison to property owner

Ensure project is completed in established time frame and to the customers satisfaction

Fulfill sales quota

Coordinate workforce and schedule projects

Organize / maintain department certifications and workflow

Requirements include :

Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Oversee growth in the department

Meeting quarterly sales quota

Xactimate software experience preferred

IICRC certification preferred

Pay : $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule :

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed
