Based in LaGrangeville, NY at Sky Acres Airport, Skygeek Logistics Inc, has served the aircraft community as well as the aviation industry at large for over fifty years.

Location: LaGrangeville, NY

Salary: $55,000-$60,000yr

Duties:

The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Service Desk. This includes providing troubleshooting and problem resolution for users, resolving escalated issues, and working closely with the IT department to ensure that high quality customer service is provided.

After initial on-site training of up to 90 days, this will become a hybrid position requiring employee to be in onsite 2 to 3 days per week.

Your Duties:

• Providing 1st, 2nd and third level Call Center support.
• Building, configuring, and deploying of all workstation assets across five locations/states.
• Utilizing advanced skills to analyze and resolve technical issues and tasks, including setting up shared drives, mapping network drives, installing and updating software, and network troubleshooting.
• Identifying, assessing, recording, resolving or escalating incidents and service requests ensuring they are handled within an agreed time limit, within agreed processes and in a professional and customer sensitive manner.

Requirements:

• ​Bachelor’s degree in information technology or associated discipline from an accredited college or university preferred.
• ​2 - 3 years’ working in Information Technology Service Desk environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft O/S, Office O365, and active directories.
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time to other domestic locations.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements:

To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
