Position Title: Regional Account Manager
Reports to: Director of People Operations
Salary: $45,000 annually

Summary Description:
Serves as the primary inside contact and liaison for all regional business activities. Fully supports Area Managers by serving as inside office support for all aspects of the business: Contract Renewals, New Sales, Media, Staff Recruiting, Data Changes or Corrections, Summer Implementation, Counts Collection, Refund or Certificate Requests, Program Changes, Customer Relations and any other activities that require in-house support or would benefit from in-house support.
Essential Functions for Field Support:
- Provide first-level support for Area Managers in the field
- Provide a link to Corporate Office regarding all processes, forms, change requests, or information requests
- Manage new client and renewal process data entry
Modify customer data to reflect new and/or modified scheduled events Support Outside Sales through mailing or production of proposals
- Assist in gathering of needed information, generating, proofing and distribution of Media pieces
- Be capable of effective time management
Assist in generating reports that are useful in the ongoing business of the Region Compile company-wide registration data reports for Managers and Owners Review regional reports for completion and accuracy
- Assist Area Managers in recruiting, interviewing, and collecting staff compliance documentation
Review and approve scholarship and financial aid applications throughout Region Manage company-wide roster input process
Issue invoices reflecting terms of contracts including: price, quantity, discounts, etc. Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Functions for Office Support:
Provide high-quality customer support via answering phones and email (taking registrations, answering programming questions, and quality assurance) Assist Marketing with design, layout and graphic production of flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel
- Great organizational skill and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively on multiple tasks and projects
- Demonstrate ability to establish priorities, take initiative, work under time pressures, and exercise independent and sound judgment
Exceptional customer service and communication skills are necessary Good writing skills and proofreading abilities
