SuperTots, a franchiser of the Skyhawks Sports family, is dedicated to fostering motor skills, fitness, and confidence in kids aged 18 months to 5 years. Using games, fun activities, and an emphasis on non-competitive play, our programs create an exciting and positive environment that promotes physical development and enjoyment.
As a Youth Sports and Development Coach, you’ll introduce young children to the fundamentals of sports through fun, structured play. This part-time role provides flexibility to work around other commitments, making it an excellent opportunity if you’re passionate about working with young children and helping them grow through sports.
What You’ll Do and the Impact You’ll Make:
- Lead a group of young participants through sports activities, fostering a joyful and safe environment where kids can build their skills and confidence.
- Assist with setting up equipment and organizing participant giveaways to ensure smooth program sessions.
- Coordinate with parents who accompany their children, providing program information and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain high safety standards, ensuring all participants are well-supervised and in a secure environment.
- Complete light administrative tasks as needed to support program organization and smooth operations.
