Position Overview:
Summer Camp Coaches Needed!
Open Positions:Baseball Coach, Basketball Coach, Cheerleading Coach, Flag Football Coach, Golf Coach, Lacrosse Coach, Pickleball Coach, Soccer Coach, Tennis Coach, Track and Field Coach, Volleyball Coach (coach two or more sports)
Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Compensation: Minimum wage up to $20 per hour (based on experience)
Times of Programs:
- Monday through Friday, possible weekends, possible evenings
- Morning shifts (8am – 1pm)
- Afternoon shifts (12pm – 5pm)
- Full day shifts (8am – 5pm)
- Special Events (Optional, but Recommended)
- MANDATORY SUMMER TRAINING: 5/27/2025 - 5/30/2025
Locations: Aurora, Boulder, Brighton, Broomfield, Colorado Springs, Denver, Edgewater, Englewood, Erie, Firestone/Frederick, Fort Collins, Golden, Greeley, Hyland Hills, Highlands Ranch, Ken-Caryl Ranch, Lafayette, Lakewood, Littleton, Longmont, Louisville, Loveland, Mead, Northglenn, Parker, South Suburban, Sterling Ranch, Timnath, Thornton, Vail, Westminster, Windsor (work in one or multiple locations close to home)
Job Requirements:
- Passion for Children: Experience working with groups of children aged 4-14 is essential, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience (other than babysitting).
- Sports Enthusiast: Bring your 1-2 years of experience playing multiple sports to the table and ignite a love for sports in our young athletes.
- Preferred Experience: While not mandatory, experience in coaching, teaching, or camp counseling for 1-2 years is highly valued.
- Reliability: Access to reliable transportation is a must to ensure punctuality, commitment and an ability to carry equipment (balls and gear) to our programs.
Additional Requirements:
- Safety First: A background check will be conducted (company-paid) upon hire, and First Aid/CPR certification (company-paid) is required to ensure the safety of our participants.
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 16 years old by the hire date.

Job Duties:
- Skill Development: Inspire and instruct our young athletes in both sports skills and essential life skills.
- Individualized Attention: Work closely with individuals and groups to foster skill progression tailored to each participant's needs.
- Fun Learning Environment: Create an engaging and enjoyable atmosphere where learning thrives.
- Safety Oversight: Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times.
- Parent Communication: Keep parents informed and involved in their child's progress and program activities.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our coaching team and management to deliver successful and impactful programs.
