Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and a flair for creating exceptional drink experiences. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our guests while ensuring the bar operates smoothly and efficiently.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and coordination during busy periods.
• Supervise bar staff when necessary, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while promoting responsible alcohol consumption.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bartending or food service within the hospitality industry is required.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to interact effectively with guests.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team management skills are a plus, as well as experience supervising or training other staff members.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
