- Provide leadership: Lead by example and motivate the team
- Manage care plans: Develop care plans that outline what care and support individuals need
- Supervise staff: Supervise direct reports to ensure their personal development
- Monitor care: Monitor and review care delivery to ensure residents' needs are met
- Report feedback: Report consumer feedback and work with the team to improve customer satisfaction
- Promote the service: Promote the home care service within the community
- Maintain accreditation: Maintain the accreditation status for home care
- Partner with other professionals: Work with other professionals to ensure individuals get the support they need

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
