Job Summary-Director of Operations for Mental Health/Substance Abuse Facility
The Director of Operations for a Substance Abuse Facility is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services. This role involves managing administrative and operational functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the facility’s mission to provide high-quality care to individuals with substance use disorders.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring that all departments function smoothly and efficiently.
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Coordinate and manage facility logistics, including scheduling, maintenance, and supply chain management.
Staff Supervision and Development
- Supervise and support administrative and operational staff, providing leadership and direction.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to promote growth and development.
- Ensure staff compliance with training and certification requirements.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Ensure that the facility operates in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Financial Management
