We’re seeking a results-driven, Paid Social Strategist eager to help drive the growth of our business. In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our paid social channels, including Meta and TikTok, to drive strategy and optimization within platforms. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Performance, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our growth. This is the ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and is passionate about combining strategic media planning, creative testing, and hands-on execution to deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities :
- Day-to-day management of paid social ad spend for our Calendar products. You'll be responsible for making ad, audience, campaign, and budget optimizations that improve cost-per-acquisition efficiencies.
- Continuously improve our “test and learn” framework to increase campaign performance, targeting and results.
- Partner with our Creative team to develop creative testing roadmaps, deliver creative insights, draft clear creative briefs and improve our existing creative testing process.
- Work collaboratively with Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, E-commerce and Retail to develop holistic and data-driven campaign plans.
- Run weekly, in-depth channel and creative analysis that generates insights and actionable recommendations to be shared out across other marketing channel leads and creative teams.

For Colorado-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $75-95K based on experience and for California-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $75-95K based on experience. Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
