The Sr. Content Manager will mine for authentic and compelling customer stories, create hyper-engaging and shareable content, and build a repeatable system for delivering best-in-class content week after week. You'll take editorial themes and bring them to life through emotionally resonant content that increases brand awareness and affinity across owned and earned channels. Your responsibilities include harvesting stories within our community, working with freelancers to generate new content around culturally topical conversations and developing narratives across channels that tell our brand story to the world.
This person will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing, but will work closely with Growth, Creative, Product and Customer Service to package content and ensure it's amplified across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Translate editorial calendar and content themes into actionable stories and content series.
- Oversee the creation of innovative, scroll-stopping content across platforms, ensuring that each piece of content is unique and adheres to brand standards.
- Surface customer stories in our reviews, customer focus groups, FB group and across other social media platforms, creating content bundles that can be packaged and leveraged across channels.
- Create content briefs for influencers, content creators, thought leaders and other team members, ensuring clear guardrails and a strong brand point of view.
- Actively monitor media conversations and parenting communities to identify and respond to cultural moments and key conversations happening among our target audience.
- Maintain a roster of content creators to respond to trending topics, driving engagement and keep the brand at the forefront of cultural conversations.
- Use data-driven insights to measure the performance of content and refine strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Actively test new content strategies, formats and platforms to maximize impact.

For Colorado-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $105-148K based on experience and for California-based candidates, the range being offered for this role is $105-148K based on experience.
