Position Overview :
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Solar Consultants - Closers to join our innovative team. As a closer, you'll play a crucial role in our mission to change the solar game by finalizing deals with homeowners who have shown interest. With our unique in-store lead generation, you'll have a steady stream of high-quality leads.
Responsibilities :
Convert leads into sales by closing deals with potential solar customers.
Provide expert advice and information on solar solutions to homeowners.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
Participate in our fast-track Management Training Program, with opportunities to qualify for management positions in just 2-4 months.
Qualifications :
Experience :
Preferred experience in sales, particularly in solar or home services, but we are open to training the right candidate.
Skills :
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
Transportation :
Must have reliable transportation to travel to client appointments.
Availability :
Flexible hours to accommodate appointment scheduling.
