Responsibilities of a B2B Sales Representative:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our business, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction for local businesses.
- Seek out new B2B opportunities by prospecting and identifying potential customers in target markets.
- Understand individual businesses’ needs and deliver compelling solutions that improve their operations and address challenges.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with other businesses through regular communication, problem-solving, and providing value-added services.
- Work closely with the B2B Sales Representative team to strategize and achieve business goals by meeting sales expectations.
- Provide timely follow-up to customers and partner businesses, ensuring all queries are addressed and needs are met.
- Track and report on sales activity, customer feedback, and pipeline development.
How to Qualify as a B2B Sales Representative:
- Entry-level experience in a sales setting is preferred, alongside a successful track record of acquiring and retaining customers.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels, alongside our B2B Sales Representative department overall.
