With new ownership, we are starting our next chapter, and we are looking for a high energy, organized, detailed oriented Franchise Coordinator to join our corporate team in Fairfield, OH.
Reporting to the VP-Franchise Business Development, the Coordinator position will support the Skyline Franchising Team, with an emphasis on building the Skyline Brand through Franchise Recruiting. This will include helping to refine the strategy, processes, programs and tools required to accelerate the recruitment of new franchisee candidates nationally.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- In partnership with the Franchise Development Team, coordinates all franchise recruiting activities. Manages new franchise candidate inquiries, from internal and external sources (including recruiting interviews, meetings and events).
- Facilitates required applications and background checks for new candidates, with an ability to maintain sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Acts as a liaison between operations, franchise legal, restaurant development and finance.
- Manages and evolves reporting and tracking for prospective franchise candidates.
- Drives administration of all franchise applicants within the prescribed CRM tool (currently FranConnect).
- Utilizes data and insights from candidate interactions, to help define and implement new processes and procedures related to franchise recruiting.
- Monitors and maintains new franchise recruiting website, marketing materials, public relations and other resources that heighten the awareness of the Skyline brand.
- Partners with the Franchise Business Directors to help execute monthly reporting and dashboards.
- Monitors the status of forthcoming Franchise Agreement expirations / renewals.
- Assist with internal and external events as requested (Annual Convention, Golf Outing, Discovery Days and other Franchise Recruiting Shows / Conferences).
- Works with all relevant departments to support new franchisee onboarding, once approved into the Skyline system.
- Perform other related tasks as requested.
