We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Fleet Sales Representative to join our team at Skyline Ford. In this role, you will work closely with businesses of all sizes to understand their fleet needs, provide expert guidance, and deliver tailored vehicle solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with business clients to identify and address their fleet vehicle requirements.

Actively prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.

Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and capabilities of commercial vehicles in our inventory.

Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide insightful recommendations to clients.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Represent Skyline Ford at trade shows, community events, and other networking opportunities.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in automotive sales is required.

Fleet sales experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of upfitting chassis.

Experience as a sales manager or finance manager is a plus.

Strong understanding of commercial vehicle specifications and applications.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
