Duties:
- Lead your department in sales and customer service
- Oversee daily operations of the department
- Manage and supervise a team of employees
- Learn and implement our strategies to achieve sales goals
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper inventory control
- Conduct interviews and help hire new employees
- Train and mentor staff members
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Follow organizational policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other managers to improve overall business performance
Skills:
