What Winning Looks Like:
- Provide world-class customer service by helping riders get the most from their Harley-Davidson experience
- Act as the liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication and efficiency
- Accurately write repair orders, estimate costs, and recommend necessary services
- Work closely with Parts and Sales Departments to enhance dealership performance
- Maintain customer follow-up and ensure satisfaction after service visits
- Assist with scheduling, workflow, and department organization
