Skyline Harley-Davidson is looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career as a Harley-Davidson Technician—no prior experience required! We provide a structured training path that will take you from wash bay to certified technician, setting you up for success in the motorcycle industry.
What You’ll Do:
Step 1: Wash Bay & Bike Deliveries (Entry Level)
- Learn the basics by detailing and prepping motorcycles.
- Assist with deliveries and shop organization.
- Prove your work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Step 2: State Motorcycle Inspector Certification
- Gain hands-on experience and learn inspection standards.
- Complete training to become a certified Virginia State Motorcycle Inspector.
- Begin working on basic maintenance tasks.
Step 3: Technician Apprenticeship
- Work alongside our Master Technician and learn the trade.
- Assist with diagnostics, repairs, and performance upgrades. Develop the skills needed to become a professional motorcycle technician.
Step 4: Harley-Davidson Technician Training
- Once you’ve mastered the apprenticeship, we’ll invest in your future by sending you to official Harley-Davidson training.
- Earn certifications that allow you to work on the world’s most legendary motorcycles.
- Grow into a full-time, certified Harley-Davidson technician!

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
