We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our growing landscaping team to help create custom outdoor spaces. Duties
- Help supervise and coordinate daily landscaping operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Installation of hardscaping like rock walls, pavers, and blocks
- Irrigation
- Installation of water features
- installation of Landscape lighting
- Ensure the proper use of tools and equipment, maintaining safety protocols at all times
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service delivery
Skills
- Proven experience in landscape installation including rock walls, pavers, lighting, and irrigation.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising teams in a landscaping or groundskeeping environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Experience operating equipment
- experience driving with a trailer
- Ability to build structures or features as required for landscaping projects.
- Knowledge of horticulture principles and practices is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.

Pay: $22.00 - $45.00 per hour
