Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care facility
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the United States
- At least 6 months of experience as a registered nurse in a long-term care setting
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, days
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMRs)
