- THIS IS AN IN HOME HOSPICE POSITION** MUST HAVE HOSPICE EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing or anticipated graduation within 4 months of hire date. - Required RN license from Michigan - Required BLS Certification - Required 2 years of RN experience - Required Hospice experience - Required Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
