About the Job Description
This is a travel nurse job that requires a strong background in patient care and surgical procedures. You will be working in an acute care setting, providing routine treatment and post-surgical care to adult patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care to adult patients.
- Assess changes in patient's health status and perform various treatments.
- Meticulous documentation as to medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians and other treatment team members.
Requirements:
- Degree from accredited nursing program.
- Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting.
