Job Responsibilities
As a Med Surg / Telemetry nurse, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional care to patients with acute and chronic illnesses. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, conduct thorough assessments, and administer medications as prescribed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
