This position involves working as a registered nurse (RN) in a medical-surgical setting. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with the healthcare team, and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized patient care based on their unique needs and conditions.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medication administration and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
- RN licensure in the state of Kansas
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of med-surg experience
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week
