- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of one year of current experience as an R.N. in the specialty of telemetry.
- Current active Registered Nurse license in the state of assignment without disciplinary action.
- Maintain a current AHA BLS certification (ACLS, NRP, PALS if applicable).
- Pass all prerequisite screening requirements (testing, medical and criminal, etc).
