We are seeking a skilled travel nurse to join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Med Surg at a hospital in Winchester, Tennessee.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to patients with various medical conditions, including surgical and medical emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing individualized care plans to meet their physical and emotional requirements.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide wound care as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring timely documentation of progress and any changes to treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care.

Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
