We are seeking a seasoned RN Manager, Med Surg to join our team in Florida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating nursing services and accepting organizational accountability for services provided 24/7.
About the Role: The successful candidate will provide leadership and supervision of personnel, foster a climate conducive to learning and development, and ensure that all aspects of patient care are met. A minimum of 2 years of charge nurse/CNC/nurse manager experience in an acute care setting is required.
