Travel Nurse RN Long Term Acute Care Job Description
Vibra Travels is seeking a highly skilled travel nurse to join our team as a Registered Nurse in Long Term Acute Care. This opportunity requires 12 hours of day shifts per week, with the option to work additional hours based on facility needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing
- Previous experience in acute care, preferably in ICU, step down, med surg/tele, and acute rehab settings
- Ability to project a professional image and maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions
