Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Med Surg
We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Med Surg to join our team at Skyline Med Staff Nursing.
Job Summary:
This 13-week assignment requires a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with experience in Medical Surgical care. The nurse will work 36 hours per week, on 12-hour night shifts, providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, administer medications, and provide education to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment.
Requirements:
- RN license in good standing
- Experience in Medical Surgical nursing
- Ability to work 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
