Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care as a Travel Nurse RN Long Term Care
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Long Term Care
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with our organization
