We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Nurse RN Assistant Manager, House Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of nurses in a house supervisor role
- Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including staffing schedules and employee evaluations
- Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families to ensure smooth operations and resolve conflicts
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements
- RN license and current registration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a house supervisor or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of hospital policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions
