Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients on the Med Surg unit
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized plans of care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care planning
Requirements:
- Current licensure as an RN in the state of Iowa
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Med Surg nursing
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
