Job Description
The Travel Nurse RN Telemetry will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the telemetry unit. This includes monitoring patients' vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the telemetry unit
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the charge nurse
- Administer medications as ordered by the physician
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Arizona
- At least one year of experience working in telemetry
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
