We are seeking a skilled Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment at one of our premier healthcare facilities in Durango, Colorado.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care to assigned patients
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current knowledge and skills
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements
Current licensure as an RN in the state of Colorado
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical-Surgical RN
Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, with occasional overtime
Familiarity with electronic medical records and other relevant technology
