Job Summary:
As the Patient Relations Manager, you will oversee a team of Medical Coordinators and serve as a key liaison between patients, providers, and our network of clinics. You will ensure that all patient interactions are handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a knack for organization and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Supervision
- Hire, train, and manage a team of Medical Coordinators.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and mentorship to ensure team success.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review patient caseloads and workflow efficiency.
Patient & Provider Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated patient concerns.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with patients, providers, and colleagues.
- Monitor and assist with patient compliance and resolution of issues.
Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Analyze, generate, and review daily and monthly reports for management.
- Review incoming patient referrals and ensure accurate data entry and follow-up.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA standards and internal protocols.
- Identify and report potential issues within the CRM system.
- Record all interactions and updates accurately in CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting for operational improvement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
