The Field Service Engineer is an integral part of the Skyline Products Inc. team. This team member will provide customer support, testing and field repair on LED and scroll-style gas price signs, electronic dynamic message signs and traffic control systems. Skyline Products is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated experienced individual who will represent the company in a highly professional, and customer-centric manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
- Travel to customer sites to perform onsite installation, testing and troubleshooting of dynamic message sign systems located on interstates, local roads, and / or gas stations
- Coordinate, manage and complete assigned project work orders in a timely manner
- Write routine trip reports, test result reports, feedback reports to engineering and correspondence
- Communicate frequently and effectively with both internal and external customers
- Facilitate on-site or remote training sessions
